Catherine Trujillo has worked with designers, artists, architects, and photographers to create long-standing contributions to the cultural life of the Central Coast. She moved to San Luis Obispo with a commitment to work in the arts and a focus on the preservation and dissemination of multicultural history and art. Her fascination and love for tacos is what inspired Taco Field Guide.

Charmaine Martinez, graphic designer, type geek and wordsmith
Charmaine grew up in a series of strangely similar Air Force Bases scattered throughout the world. Especially enjoyed living on Guam. Is a stickler for details, both written and visual. Loves beautiful typography, fresh fruit, and the sound of the ocean. Believes good design can make the world a better place and good food can create community. Jeff Van Kleeck, photographer, videographer and concept guy
Jeff hails from the lush and lovely Pacific Northwest. Had the good fortune to spend much of his teenage years working and playing at the Mt. Baker Ski Area. Loves communing with nature by running and carrying heavy photo equipment, sometimes at the same time. Always eager to take on new challenges, especially those involving power tools.
